Rob this. Physically. (img by HowardLake)

I’m not sure if this is a story about how you should be very careful about the contracts you write or about domestic instability and crime or about how if your heart’s not really in it, hilarious shit happens that just may change your life for the better.

Check out this awesome story of a few white-hat hackers who decide to get out from behind their keyboards and into a bank vault in Tel Aviv:

[The wording in the contract] means we can break into the bank, physically. Go and rob the bank. Not just computer break-in, but actually go and rob the bank. And we should do that.

Just watch the whole thing:

I kept waiting for the line “and then the police showed up.” But it didn’t happen. You can read this a ton of different ways… the teller knew, the teller didn’t care, the teller was purposely trying to humanize herself by flirting with the would-be robber, insurance concerns have ruined the world…

Whatever your perspective, the story’s got something for you. You don’t have to rob a bank to meet interesting people, though. Try keeping your head out of your phone at your local coffee shop and see what happens.
